Join us in our Project!

Are you between 15 and 19 years old and curious about how to build patience, perseverance, and focus in a fast-moving world?

Join the Erasmus+ project “DIG – Delay Instant Gratification for a Better Life”, a European youth experience that helps you strengthen your mindset through creative activities, reflection, and teamwork.

You’ll connect with peers from across Europe — learn, share, and have fun while discovering how to turn challenges into long-term success.

What You’ll Do?

  • Local training in your country (Pilot phase):
Over four months, you’ll take part in interactive workshops in your youth centre or school, exploring the DIG method through reflective writing, theatre, and experiential learning.
You’ll gain tools to manage distractions, build resilience, and focus on your goals.

  • Youth Mobility in Porto, Portugal:
Join 30 young people from all partner countries (5 per country) for an unforgettable exchange.
You’ll experience international teamwork, creativity sessions, cultural nights, and the chance to produce your own “Success Story Video.”
Every evening has a theme — culture, teamwork, or well-being — making learning dynamic and fun!

Who Can Apply?

We welcome young people from our partner countries:

Bulgaria · Poland · Slovakia · Slovenia · Portugal

If you’re:

  • Aged 15–19
