Project
Dissemination

The Delay Instant Gratification (DIG) project aims to support young people in developing patience, focus, emotional awareness, and better decision-making skills in a fast-paced, digital world.

On this page, you can find all DIG project outputs and dissemination materials developed throughout the project. These include newsletters, leaflets, videos, training resources, and other communication materials created to share our results, learning experiences, and key messages with young people, youth workers, educators, and the wider public.

All materials are free to explore, use, and share to help spread the impact of the DIG project beyond its partner organisations.
